Anxiety depression is nothing but an unnecessary thought, which has no established fact and all it does is to affect your health in adverse way. In other way Anxiety Depression can be described as worries which are just the collection of negative thoughts. Therefore just think! You were never born with these negative thoughts but if today you have Anxiety Depression, it means you yourself are responsible for accumulating these thoughts in your mind.
