You can simply go out of your office for lunch or take walk in the afternoon instead of driving to small distances.

Foods containing higher sugar, caffeine or alcohol must be avoided.
Both sugar and caffeine might provide you certain energy for a short while but in long term they will leave you anxious, tensed and with lots of internal problems.
Alcohol which lots of people take to forget their worries is a depressant. So all you are doing is accumulating your problems rather than solving it.
Again, are you aware that including exercise routine in your daily regime is actually a great depression buster?
Ask why? Just because it makes your body to secrete Endorphin also called a happy chemical which helps in conquering depression.
Tip #5. Get out of your work circle and get in to some social activities too
No one can live in isolation; your friend’s circle is there to give you moral boost.
Spend time with your friends and engage in some activities, it will really satisfy you.
